At Stuboy's BBQ and Catering, BBQ isn’t just food; it’s a way of life!
Founded by Stu Robinson, who started catering in 2013, the restaurant opened its doors in 2021. Stu, alongside his wife Missy and their children JJ and Alexa, have been serving up flavor and fun ever since. With deep roots in grilling and hospitality, Stu’s passion has shaped every dish that comes out of Stuboy’s kitchen.
Our recipes are passed down through generations and reflect our dedication to authentic flavors. From slow-smoked meats to house-made sauces, every dish is made with the freshest ingredients and time-honored techniques. We believe that the best meals are those shared with loved ones, and at Stuboy’s, every meal feels like a cozy Sunday dinner.
We are also proud members of the Littleton community. Over the years, Stuboy’s BBQ has sponsored many schools and charities, and we’re committed to giving back. We’re more than just a BBQ joint—we’re a part of the neighborhoods we serve.
