I ordered smoked chicken and brisket with all the sides catered for husband’s retirement party. Our guests raved! The chicken was out of this world delicious. My husband is more of a beef eater and couldn’t get enough of the brisket. The beans and mac & cheese were fantastic too. Didn’t love the potato salad and coleslaw, but still giving 5 stars because everything else was amazing. Delivery was smooth, easy and on-time to our home in west Littleton. Thanks!

Stopped by on Sunday on our way home from kayaking at Chatfield with BBQ on our minds, and Stuboy's did not disappoint! We got a to-go order of brisket and pulled pork, plus mac&cheese and cole slaw. The brisket was a mix of "moist" and leaner slices (if you've ever gone to Rudy's BBQ, you'll know what I'm taking about), both were good, and everything had just the right amount of smoke. Sides were solid--the mac&cheese got eaten so quickly by my family that I didn't get a chance to try it! They hooked us up with a generous portion of BBQ sauce, too, which was much appreciated. Prices were reasonable and the owners were super-friendly. They said it was their first weekend in this new location--they were still setting up the dining area. We definitely plan to go back.
